Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2.Click on AQuA Pro Tab and click on Design VDA menu
3.Select P-Diagram and add a row in Noise factor
4.Select that row and observe the select all checkbox
5.Now select the select all checkbox and add Insert a new row
6.Observe the select all checkbox
7.Goto aqua pro and select Design cause table
8.Observe the duplication

Also after selecting all the rows, it does not select the select all checkbox on the top header.
