Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login to Ewqims
2.Go to Doc pro
3.Click on New document draft
4.Enter the mandatory details and issue number
5.Click on actions and click the status of pending document drafts
6.Click on change request button
7.Issue number is not displayed in change request details
8.Convert the draft to a document
9.Check the issue number in TOC
