Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as FST module administrator.

2.Select the PI item.

3.Select the FTA menu

4.Select Safety goal and Failure

5.Now right click on the diagram and select flow down

6.Add Function, Requirement and Failure

7.Observe the result
