closed(QA Missed) Gages --> Attribute--> When the user checked the Vision Repeatability initial schedule checkbox and saved the gages without entering the frequency and due date. The gage is getting saved

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login as a Platform user
2. Click on Attribute Gages
3. Click on New
4. Enter the mandatory field and select only the vision repeatability checkbox(don't enter the frequency and due date)
5. Click on the save button, the system saved the record
