Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login as Platform user
2. Click on TPM setup under the setup
3. Click on Euipment
4. Create a New equipment
5. Attach a document
6. Enter the mandatory field and click on save button
7. Click on Documents in doc pro
8. Click on Suite in Modules
9. Observe the TPM attached documents
