Platform --> Platform-specific module should be displayed in the Module access rights menu

As per Biju's platform checklist:
Module Administrator can see the related Platform module
1. Integrated MGMT System/QHSC Platform (Aquapro/Dopro/PS/Auditpro/IC/MSA/HRPRO/TPM)
2. EV/AV/NPD/APQP Platform ( Aquapro/Docpro/PS/APQP PPAP MGR/FST/RFD/VDA/HRPro/Change MGMT/Action MGMT/MSA)
