Perform Audit -> Manufacturing Process/Product Audit Report -> Design changes (Refer Description)
1. Shift Dropdown - Selection box design is not good. Can use blank space
2. The shift field size is not equal with other fields after selecting data
3. All fields -> The space between each column and data entry / selection
4. Auditee : Can utilize blank space for better view
5. Remarks : Can reduce the space between field and text box
