Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as Platform user
2. Click on MSA pro module without setting the level
3. Try to attach the file from gage creation screen
4. Click on Documents
5. Click on TOC
6. Click on MSA from modules tab
7. Observe the behavior

Description

MSA & TPM--> TOC--> Modules-->MSA and TPM--> The document which is published as default is not showing in the TOC, but users can able to view the published document in document management.

Note: Even the user has full access rights, it is not showing in the default module folder
