SP10.6.1.7 -> Validation is not coming after save in Auditor Closeout page

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as Auditor
2. Click on CA closeout
3. First specify Verification as Yes & Validation as No
4. Specify validation comments
5. Click on save & Observe (Validation comes as saved success)
6. Now retrieve the same NC
7. Specify Verification as Yes & Validation as Yes
8. Click On save (Validation does'nt comes as saved success)
9. Observe and Close the window (this time status of Findings will be changed as verification & validation as yes and ready for Effectiveness Verification)
