Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to RFD module.
2.select the item defination.
3.click on P-diagram.
4.Select the PI.
5.Right click on response and insert the function.
6.select the master function table.

Description

when you create the function and failure in P-diagram it will showing in function and failure master table ,but u deselect and select the same function it will duplicating again master table.
