Receiving Inspection Menu: Error was Occured by Entering any Data's in Defect Field in the Receiving Inspection Form

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Goto EwQIMS
2.Login as IC Module User
3.Navigate to IC Module
4.Goto Actions Tab and Click on Receiving Inspection Menu
5.Select the Inspection Entry in Incoming/Receiving Inspection
6.Enter the Data in Defects Column/Field
7.Observe the Results

Observation: After the Sample Rejected, Enter the Defects Reason or Defect Type Number in the Defects Field and Click on another Field Now the "System.NullreferenceException" Error Message will Appear

Description

For Receiving Inspection Form, After the Sample Rejected, Enter the Defects Reason or Defect Type Number in the Defects Field and Click on another Field Now the "System.NullreferenceException" Error Message will Appear
