1) Upload NC and change the responsible person as other Auditee and Submit the report
2) Login as other auditee and observe the LPA - Corrective action widget
3) Expand the widget and observe

Audits are mismatching when checked from Outside of widget and Inside widget records are mismatching .check the screen shot attached
