Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to FST module.
2.Select the PI.
3.Click on the VOC page.
4.Right click on requirement column.
5.select the enable review option
6.Right click on any of the reviewer delete option is not highlighted.

Reviewer can not be deleted from enable reviewer option ,once it is added.
