1) Log in as mod admin (Site B)
2) Click on 'Setup'--> Users--> Users

Description

when we are creating a user in multi site, 'Position(Drop down)' field was not works.

In Position field, When we are creating a user in Single/Multi site ,Corporate position was appeared in all site.
