Process VDA - Failure Analysis - Unable to add Process Item Function Either from LHS or from RHS.(Refer Description)

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator

2.Click on AQuA Pro Tab and click on Process VDA menu

3.Select Failure Analysis menu

4.Right click on Operation on the LHS side and Select Create and Map option

5.Now Select Process Item Function

6.Map a Process Item Function against a Characteristics

7.Select the Process Item Function and drop it in the Characteristics branch of Diagrammatic view

8.Observe the behavior

Description

Added Process Item Function from PFMEA is also not displayed in Failure Analysis.
