2) Click on Setup-> Audit setup
3) Click on Layers menu in sub menus
4) Click on team selection icon in layers creation
5) Observe

@Mazar : where those maximise icons are getting hided...even in ur screen shot its fine right.

Raghuram : After maximize the dialog box then expand sub menu (initially Dock) .Close is not Visible
