2. Create Assign routes in Suite
3. Create Reminders in Business rules
4. Create LPA schedule on Cureent date
5. Observe the Emails in Batch manager

1) Reminder & Escalations are not generating based on Assign routes instead system is taking Business rules -> Notification setup -> Reminders settings as Frequency.
2) Tried the same without Business rules reminder Still Not getting emails based on Assign routes.
