closedFunctionality issue-->In pending record request screen, some functionalities are not working properly
0%
1) Log in as mod admin site(A)
2) Select the 'Records' level(it should be site A and Level route "auto approval" and also record route is not an auto approval)
3) Publish the doc in A and after check the documents
4) Doc management--> Give full access(site) both Document and Record.
5) Document-->select the level and Right click on doc number
6) Click on Add records and select the continue button
7) Administrator action--> Click Pending Record Req--> Click on modify
Description
In Pending Record Request screen,
1) "Is mandatory" field, check box was enabled for terminated user
2) Unable to enter the number in "Minimum number of app" field.
3) In 2nd Round approval, Add user process is not saved

still issue is reopen-->Add user field is not working properly and also showing incorrect dependency message.
