Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to Ewqims
2.Go to Doc pro
3.Click on actions menu
4.Click on Requests needing approval and click on the status link
5.Accept/reject the document after entering the password/comments

Issue: Even if second password is entered, the document does not get approved/rejected. Second password does not match alert is displayed even if valid password is entered
