Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to APQP
2. Create a new project with custom output folder
3. Publish plan and Attach documents
4. Again publish the plan
5. Check for the folder structure in docpro
Behavior- The output documents level name got renamed with task name of the project

Scenario- If custom output folder created in the charter and publish plan more than one time
