Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to EwQIMS and navigate to APQP.
2. Open a project and add a task.
3. Attach a Aqua document and publish it.
4. Navigate to Deliverable Info -> Upload output document tab.
=> Issue Delete button is not displayed.
