Steps To Reproduce:

1.Goto EwQIMS
2.Login as IC Module User
3.Navigate to IC Module
4.Goto Actions Tab and Click on Production Trackingsheet Menu
5.Select any of the Operations and then Enter the Lot NO.
6.Now Enter "NOK" for the 1st Operation say 7am
7.Observe the Results

Observation: Reaction Plan was not Creating for the 1st Operation Rejected Sample but its Creating only from the 2nd Operation Rejected Sample
