Steps To Reproduce:

1) Login as auditor
2) Click on perform audit
3) select the Findings
4) Click on CA closeout
5) Specify Verification and validation as Yes
6) Attach Auditor attachments click on Save
7) Click Ok on validation which says Findings will considered as Closeout
8) Retrieve the Same and Check for Closeout attachment
