Steps To Reproduce:
1)login to the module as a auditor
2)click on perform audit
3)upload ofi
4)and for OFI uncheck that auditee Response Is mandatory
5)submit it to auditee
6)login as auditee
7)click on corrective actions
8)able to see that OFI for Which auditor has set that auditee response is not mandatory

Not an issue : Because if it is mandatory, then you can't able to close out an audit
