Steps To Reproduce:
1)login to the module as a auditor
2)click on perform audit
3)upload NC's more than 10
4)new hyperlink enabled with the name "Show all"
5)when clicked on it displays "ERROR"
Note: for OFI also applicable in the same way

In auditor perform audit screen when more than 10 NC's Raised displays "Show All" button when clicked on it displays error and also not able to raise more NC's after that ant not viewable
