Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as Meetings - view access right user
2.Expand Activities tab
3.Click on Meetings link
4.Click on any one meeting name hyperlink
5.Go to KPI tab under any meeting date
6.Click on Snapshot icon
7.Click on "Freeze Report" button

Description

Meetings-> The system allowing to freeze KPI report provided the user is having only view access right for meetings and for Spotfire reports.

Expected output-> The system should not allow to freeze report if the user is having only Meetings-View right. The system should allow to freeze report if the user is having Meetings-Modify right.
