Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to EwQIMS and navigate to APQP.
2. Open a project and add a task.
3. Attach a Aqua document with MDR set.
4. Publish the draft and review it.
5. Publish again to convert draft to document.
6. Publish the document again to revise it.
=> Error occurs on publishing Revision 2 for Aqua documents with Multiple Document Review.
Error message : Publish to DocPro Error: Conversion from string "" to type 'Integer' is not valid
