Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login to EwQIMS and navigate to APQP.
2. Open a Project and add a task.
3. Attach a input document and set MDR.
4. Approve the draft and convert to document
5. Navigate to Deliverable Info page and click on Revision History Summary.
6. Click on Draft id
Issue => Theme is inconsistent in Draft Details
7. Click on View Comments
Issue => Theme is inconsistent in Comments page

- Dev Commitment to Resolve in: set to 750
Need to change the theme in all other pages. Committed along with all other page change
