Copy Deliverable functionality is not working for Aqua input documents

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to EwQIMS and navigate to APQP module
2. Open a project and add a task.
3. Attach an Aqua document.
4. Click on 'Upload Output documents' tab.
5. Right click on output document and select 'Copy Deliverable'
6. Select a Aqua attachment or any attachment from other deliverable and click OK button.
=> The Output document is not copied
