Steps To Reproduce:
Pre-requisite: Batch service is enabled
1. Login to EwQIMS and navigate to APQP
2. Create a project under a pillar,with no approval set.
3. In the project listing page, click on the blue status icon.
=>Click to View Approver tooltip is displayed, which on clicking displays empty approver.
