Steps To Reproduce:

1.Go to IC
2.Click on Checklist Configuration
3.Assign Rejection checklist for a PI
4.Open Inspection sheet for the PI
5.Now update the Rejection checklist for a PI
6.Open the existing lot for the PI
7.Observe that updated questions in rejection checklist should not be shown for the PI
