Steps To Reproduce:

1.Go to IC
2.Perform Inspection for any PI for which Rejection checklist is not assigned
3.Open Inspection sheet
4.Open sample entry pop-up
5.Give an out of spec value and press tab
6.Click on Fill checklist icon
7.Observe that blank alert is shown
