Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as BOSS admin
2.Expand Interested Party Expectations menu
3.Click on Alignment Chart link
4.Create new alignment chart
5.Right click on any process from chart view
6.Select "Risk and Opportunity worksheet" link
7.Right click on form
8.Click on add button

Description

Alignment Chart->Process-Risk Mapping ->The user could not add new row in "Risk and Opportunity" form. Error message displayed as "Object reference not set an instance of an object" when click on add button in right click menu
