1.Login as BOSS admin
2.Expand Interested Party Expectations menu
3.Click on Vision, Mission, Values & Quality Policy link
4.Click on Context tab
4.Change the status Active to Inactive or Inactive to active1.

Description
The Context form is opened with "Data Cannot be found". So that the user cannot able to add/modify internal and external issues for an organization.
