Steps To Reproduce:

1.Go to IC
2.In Operator menu create a Production line mapping and add department also
3.Go to Production Inprocess
4.Create a schedule for the PI using the Production line mapped in Operators
5.Now go to operators and try to delete the Production line
6.Observe that dependency alert is showing
