Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login to EwQIMS as Auditee
2. Access Audit Pro module
3. Click on Corrective action menu under Auditee tab.
4. Select appropriate Audit name.
5. Select an NC]
6. Fill all mandatory field and add file name with 7. Special Character (&) included in it.

Description
While uploading files with Special character, shows alert in English but for Chinese and Spanish preference also alert message is displayed in English.
