Publish Window: Generating Wrongly/Mismatching Document Number, Name & Publishing State for Different Operations & PI

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Goto EwQIMS
2.Login as IC Module User
3.Navigate to IC Module
4.Goto Setup Tab and Click on any of these Supervisor ApprovalSheet, Production Tracking Sheet, Receiving Material, Search Inspection Entry Menus
5.Open the Inspection Entry in any of the PI and Select the Publish Document Option by Right-Clicking and View the Publish Window in Document Number, Name & Publishing State
6.Observe the Results

Observation: Whenever we Publishing the Document, If we check in the Publish Windows the Document Number, Name, Publishing State is generating differently for each Operations and PI and Lot No.
