VOC - Element Status of child element is not updated in the Allocate to element Column.

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as RFD Module administrator

2.Click on Main from Actions menu and Select any PI

3.Do a flowdown to child elements and Select the BOM element from the item Element table

4.Select DVP&R an add Test Instance status for the child element

5.Now switch to parent element and select VOC

6.Observe the Allocate to element column

Test Instance status added for the child element is not updated in the Allocate to element column of parent.
