Steps To Reproduce:

1)Enter into EWQIMS
2)Go to MSA Pro
3)Select Gage RR
4)Click on Measurement System Definition
5)Create group with Gage Type with status except ACTIVE
6)Click on Save and come back to the same page Gage RR study button is displayed
7)Click on Gage RR study
8)Redirects to Conduct Gage RR study page
9)New button is enabled
10)Click on New , Igt allow to conduct study .
