Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log into Hr Pro.
2. Go to records menu from the training tab.
3. From the records lising page select one consolidation training.
4. Assign questionnaire only to Training evaluation.
5. Enter Submission date for training evaluation.
6. Change status to In progress and save it.
7. Go to Evaluation menu in Training tab and observe.
