When the Gage Status is IN CALIBRATION then in the Gages edit screen Bias and Stability study button not to be visible

Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login into EWQIMS Application
2)Select MSA module
3)Go to gages menu under MSA set up tab
4)Create a Gage with status In calibration
5)Open the Gage
6)Observe the result Bias and Stability study button is visible
