LPA Audits Closed Out with effectiveness -> Auditor unable to submit effectiveness status. The alert message displayed as " Please select Responsible Person / Section Head"

The above case is applicable for below flow

1. Auditee response and then auditor verification and validation

2. Auditor directly closed out the NC in fill checklist page
