Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to EwQIMS and navigate to APQP.
2. Archive a project.
3. Login as another project manager.
4. Navigate to Projects -> Archived Projects
5. Select the project archived in step 2 and click on 'Move to Projects'
=> The project can be un-archived.
