The findings box opening even after assigning Yes for the condition “Restrict findings box in fill checklist”

Expected

Fill checklist : The findings box wont be appear while selecting list score for a checkpoint

• Audit Criteria : If “VDA Template” as report template
• If “Yes” for the condition “Restrict findings box in fill checklist”
