P-Diagram - Data added for Function, Failure and Control method in P-Diagram is duplicating as well as incrementing in the master tables each time when a new data is added.

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as FST Module administrator

2.Click on Main from Actions menu and Select any PI

3.Select P-Diagram menu

4.Double click on the Response,Error states and Control Factor blocks

5.Add data and switch to respective master tables

6.Observe the duplication
