Steps To Reproduce:

1. Always open the most used PI.
2. Select a specific PI to always go to.
3. Don’t open any PI. After displaying a blank document or diagram, the user must then select a PI from left (Production Item) menu.

Issue 15 – Default PI When Opening a Document/Diagram

Currently when going to Flowdown, Functional Safety, etc. and choosing a document or diagram, the most used PI is displayed. Rather than this be the only behavior, we should allow the user to choose from one of three options:
1.Always open the most used PI.
2.Select a specific PI to always go to.
3.Don’t open any PI. After displaying a blank document or diagram, the user must then select a PI from left (Production Item) menu.
