Gage for Handover->When click on Completed study it showing Alert message "Are you sure you want to continue with the selected holiday?" . Need to restrict it

1. Login as a module admin & Select the module as MSA Pro
2. Click on Gage for Handover/Gage for Repair menu
3. Click on Accepted gage button
4. Observe the screen

Description

1)Gage for Repair->External lab Phone number is not updating in Gage for Repair field
2)Gage for Handover-> Effective date field is empty after clicking on get back button
3)When click on Completed study the Alert message "Are you sure you want to continue with the selected holiday?" is displaying. Need to restrict it
