After fixing Bug #22113 > Save and Cancel button is displayed if auditor clicking on hyperlink from Email>Notification to Auditor after Auditee Manager(s) approved the findings

Case #1- > Effectiveness is enabled -> Save & cancel should be displayed

Case #2 > Effectiveness is disabled> Save & cancel should not be displayed
