After applying patch on 01-06-2021 -> Repeat NC -> The report is displaying only one record if multiple NC's have same failure category. So that the count in report is not correct

Description

After applying patch on 01-06-2021 -> Repeat NC -> The report is displaying only one record if multiple NC's have same failure category. So that the count in report is not correct

Refer audit criteria: Quality Management System (QMS) Audit . For this criteria, 2 audits completed. Each audit have 2 nc's. Total 4 nc's.

Audit #1 -> 2021-MAY-QMS-IQA-3-225 -> Two nc's have same failure category, but one is displayed in report.

Audit #2 -> 2021-JUN-QMS-IQA-7-233 -> Two nc's have same failure category, but one is displayed in report.
