R9->Gage-> Gage grid screen is showing duplicate records. Whenever use the Gage Type as "CMM" ,same gage number displaying twice. Due to this Gage for repair screen does not showing gage information

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as module admin & Select the module as MSA pro
2. Click on Gage menu
3. Click on New button
4. Select the gage type as "CMM"
5. Click on Save button
6. Observe the grid screen
7. Click on Gage for Repair menu
8. Click on New button
9. Observe the Gage Information
